Hi band.All of you that went for band today should have heard what Mr Wong had told us, right? If we just put more effort into listening and playing, we can be better! Please note that you will need to come tomorrow for your tutorials and 1 hour of sectional before and after that instead of full day. For those that do not have tutorial, you will have to come for your sectional. We are only left with 28 days, 8 combines, 8 sectionals and 4 tutorials to SYF. As all of you know, we're running out of time. So let's just practise a little harder and get good results for SYF 2009. I'm sure nobody wants to get a COP award, right?And I hope that the Sec 3s that are falling-in and out the band will take it seriously, the band's discipline is getting worst. Same goes for the time when you guys are doing the warm-ups without the seniors. Please try to listen to each other and do more singing exercise during your sectionals as this method really work. Please, please memorize your scores as well. I seriously hope that you guys will take SYF seriously because from what I see, you guys don't really take this competition a serious one. Just think, if you guys got a COP for this SYF, you will be laughed by your schoolmates and classmates. The whole school will be looking down on us and the school will stop supporting us, there will also be no more overseas trip. Is that what you guys really want? If no, then please work harder and do your sectionals properly. Ivy. |
